Update seriously needed

The interface needs some serious updating, the settings section is just about as pointless as you can get, and freakishly enough the developers dont have an easy way for you to contact them to report any bugs/problems. Push notifications would also be pretty awesome to have as well. My cnn app has push notifications, why cant this app have them?
